This morning I ran non-stop for 10 minutes! I did the first 9 minutes at 6mph and the last minute at 8mph. So that means I also ran a mile in under 10 minutes. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!
Maybe it's the endorphins talking, but I feel amazing!
That's two goals off my list. And when I think back to that most atrocious agonizing experience of running "the mile" in middle school, I can now say "hey past Sam, trust me, you'll be able to do it... just wait about 10 years."
WOOOOHOOOO!! [insert victory dance]

A book idea
One of the 20 books I make is going to be for my friend Mark, along these lines: http://fieldnotesbrand.com/
I think it will be pretty easy to make. The trick will be printing the lined paper.

On my way
Last night I finished a book for Kelcie I'd been half-done with for a while. So that's 1 out of 20! Despite making two (big) mistakes, the book looks pretty good. So here's to 19 more!

List is done
Day #1
Time to get started on my list! Oddly enough, I finished my list just around midnight. A good time to finish writing and start doing!
Am I allowed to change my list after this, during the 1001? What if something comes up later that I want to add? What if I want to change something slightly? Hmmm...
I think the answer is "no changes" for now. We'll see about that later. But only if there are important changes to be made.
Day 1001 is on November 27, 2011.
